I would really rather that these were actual examples, and not conspiracy theories. We all have our own unsubstantiated ideas about what shadowy no-gooders are doing, but I’d rather hear about things that are actually happening.

nope, usa is a two party first the past post system on a federal level and allows state levels to determine their own systems, both of which allows for third parties. you have no actual proof of voter fraud and jim crow era laws have been long dismantled. fuck off with that. yes, gerrymandering exists on a state level but that isnt a federal issue. your problem exists with specific states, regardless, a challenger can still win a gerrymandered state. now go prove china has a democracy on a federal level, you cant

They’re a dictatorship/have no elections ≠ they aren’t a dictatorship, and they do have elections, but I, as a foreigner who’s been raised on a constant diet of anti China sentiments, don’t consider them ‘legitimate.’

I don’t consider the elections of most western countries legitimate, but I still wouldn’t call their leaders dictators

          No, they have elections.

Lol, China’s leaders do change. Maybe you should have done any research before just believing the lie you’ve been told often enough.

          and none of the east’s

Are ok, you’re just a racist.

chinas leader change when they die

I am once again asking you to do even a shred of research before wading into this discussion.

It would help prevent a lot of useless bickering if you could provide sources for your own claims instead of begging others to do the work for you.

Anyone who can’t verify for themselves that changes in Chinese leadership aren’t the result of the old one dying is nakedly talking in bad faith and just trying to waste my time. This is not the sort of thing you need to find academic papers for.

Note also that he was the one making the claim, maybe ask him for his source.
