Honestly, it makes more sense - what am I, a mid-level scientist, going to bring to that corporate atmosphere? You’re going to ask me to brainstorm in a meeting with an Executive VP? Yeah. Fucking. Right.
You give me work, I do the work. Yes I might need to ask a question, but that’s uncommon and I can just teams for that.
The seniors execs? That makes sense. They need to all be on the same page, and talking to each other. Collaborating etc.
Christ, humanity at its best.
Lol you’re getting downvoted for having a rational viewpoint and wanting something you care about and enjoy to be safe for other humans to enjoy it too.
How fucking dare you
I went down this rabbit hole a while ago. It’s so horrific lol
20 lbs of foot long nails.
Could go with a box full of spring loaded snakes.
This is the predecessor of the Argo.
which are a staple for any bush work. Want to get there? Take an argo. Dollar for dollar, and pound for pound an argo is the way to go. Sherps
And haglands
Can go a few more places and can ford rivers, but they are $150k machines. Argos are 30k and can cross still water.
I’ll give it a whirl. I don’t find I have any difficulty picking up stuff though
Bunch of spring-loaded snakes
What’s long, hard, and given to a bride on her wedding night?

This whole comment right here.
I was thinking the romantic interest thing right out of the gate. I like your emotional need take, too. Either way it’s not work appropriate esp. if OP has communicated their disinterest before.
I also like your direct communication prompt.
While you’re right about how HR works/how to go about it, I find HR a hammer when a finesse tool might work. OP could ask their manager how to deal with it. Not only does this put it on the radar, but it’s a bit less official, and might yield the gray zone outcome OP is looking for
Oh those things we flipped a few times down in Latin America.
As a parent, I couldn’t give two shits if you don’t have kids. Not gonna convince you. It’s your story not mine.
You’re also not going to convince me I made a poor decision.
Running out of time in general.
Yeah that’s him. I forgot which one he was in. I played so much of these games about 20 years ago that it all blurred together
It doesn’t matter what other people think, full stop. The world is full of people who think they know better. ignore them.

That old hermit you meet on Kassyyk is my favorite. I think that’s in #2… Set the tone for my entire life: you can walk the middle path. It’s so exhausting being purely good or evil, so be opportunistic!
Kochia scoparia is another one like that, and also makes tumbleweeds
I never actually played this game but was young when it came out
