feddit.uk, feddit.de, feddit.nl, a different one? Who came up with the name “Feddit” for federated Reddit?

minus-squareSorteKanin@feddit.dklinkfedilinkarrow-up1·1 year agoWhy not? To discuss stuff in the local language and discuss local news obviously. A local instance makes sense for that. Also allows you to place the server close by the country so that you get low latency.
Concerning feddit.nl, I can confirm it was set up at the beginning of June. Since it’s my instance 😅
