    That’s neat. I’m curious about whether it makes any notable improvements on the print. I did see some filament powder inside last time I opened the extruder. I’m currently moving to install the papilio lite extruder on my printers which will do away with the tooth wear on the filament which if it ends up working well should also reduce build up by not shaving it off in the first place.

      I haven’t put many hours on it. As far as I see it is there to improve reliability. That’s what you pay for with these machines.

      Is it needed? Maybe with some filaments but with the material I run I don’t see issues on any of my other printer/extruders that don’t have this brush. Regardless a nice touch from the manefacturer.

      How is the wear on the belts overtime?

    Thats really smart for bowden setup. A bit less for direct drive since its extra weight and size
