I feel like it’s unstoppable for as long as Nintendo wants to keep their exclusivity. GabeN put it better: it’s a distribution issue, he was talking about piracy, but this is similar enough.

2·4 days agoAbsolutely. Every game with exploration must make movement enjoyable, or I won’t play it, because in those games a considerable portion of the play time you’re just moving around, if that aspect is not fun then the game is proportionately less fun for me.
I am absolutely interested in this one. Reminds me a bit of Mark of the Ninja in some of the movements.
Yeah, I meant that, sorry.

It’s strange to say the least.

If it was GPL and they wanted to go closed source, they could do it since they are the authors.
The MIT is a problem when others (not the authors) go closed source.
Personally, I only want the assets to look good. I don’t care how they made it. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but that’s just me.
Code on the other hand, It’s more complicated. It could very well include insecure code or straight up malware. I run Linux, but still. I don’t like it.
Oh so Inkscape must have a different purpose than Gimp, right?

Joke aside, this looks like a great start. But I’m having trouble understanding who is this for.
Experienced users don’t need this and beginners use stuff like Proxmox helper scripts, YunoHost, CasaOS, etc.
Who’s is this for?
