I don’t have any specific recommendations but that type of software is often called a pomodoro timer, named after the Pomodoro technique. You should be able to find some good options with a quick google. 🍀

As a Mac user, I’m fine with this tbh. I don’t game on my Mac and most people I know with one don’t either.

I haven’t noticed that in my games, but if I was your DM, then I’d rather know that I had a tell
