Balatro skewed my numbers

There’s actually lots of foul language while playing Balatro, but it all comes from the person playing, not the game itself.

I feel that making a game exclusive can sometimes make better games, because you’re making one game instead of 2 or 3. Even with games that are on multiple systems, one version always ends up being “the definitive”, and the other versions are not up to the same standard because they’re put out just to appeal to a wider audience. Focusing on one system let’s you put everything into making your game great instead of making it accessible.

Curled up in a ball in the back of my Wrangler.

After working a 20hr shift, I got home reached in the back to get my backpack and couldn’t quite reach. Crawled out of the seat to grab it and woke up 6 hours later disoriented af.

Sleep is one of the few things that put a dent in mine. When I started seeing Auras on people it was a sign to go to sleep in the next hour or so or face the weight of the cosmos right behind my left eye.
