What do you like about it in macOS? I have never used it, so it’s hard for me to understand the appeal.
I say do it! Even if its not polished, I find just getting thoughts on paper can slow down my brain and help me flesh out my own ideas. Might speed up your cooking to first draft a meta post (i.e. what your page is about, who it is for, etc.).
Then you can practice being clear and concise; whittle down your ‘ramblings’ into more clearly defined chunks.
Maybe then it could be easier see how your ideas are connected, helping you find a good interactive format.
I thought fat was completely different than sugar? As in different macronutrients?
But HFCS might not trigger the release of insulin the same way other sugars do.
So long as its not flooded or destroyed in a disaster I presume
Logseq and syncthing could work for your notes. Logseq has a whiteboard feature that can be used with a stylus, and syncthing is p2p.
Thank you for asking a question that you were afraid to.
You could just have easily moved on, but instead you give others the opportunity to share their knowledge and subsequently you give other people opportunities to learn.
Maybe one day we can have an internet not so full of snarky replies, and instead one where everyone is given opportunities to learn, and ask, without fear of being belittled.
In order to give those with knowledge the opportunities to share, we need to ask questions that are indicative of our current understanding (or lack thereof).
It may sound silly, but asking questions really is a vulnerable act. Genuine questions are often met with unjustified and unhelpful hostility on the internet.
tl;dr: Thanks for asking! Now I’m wondering the same thing.
edit: a word
Linkding might work well for you given your current workflow. I had considered doing the same as you, but I find the linkding extension makes saving and tagging bookmarks super fast.
Theres also an option to make automatic snapshots on the way back machine for each bookmark (though its recommended to donate to IA to use this feature).
TIL chins are only chins because they stick out. I had always considered the front of a lower jaw to be a “chin”.
Based on the above comment, I think you are looking for
