“I also sampled everything in the medicine cabinet”
This made me smile.
I thought it was poking fun at the tutorial saying instead of learning to code, import a library from someone who knows how to code.
I think it started with females who had small front pockets, so the back pocket or placing it in the bra was the only choice. I remember everyone claiming rumours that phone vibrations could cause breast cancer so the butt pocket seemed like a better choice.
In regards to your sitting question, I imagine a few people have sat on it by accident, as long as you don’t have an obscenely large phone it shouldn’t cause any issues.
Some people like to put it in their back Pocket
Yeah it’s definitely a lot quicker than searching through 15 articles and stack overflow posts sometimes. Except for with regex and the sed command, the bastard thing kept messing that up
I find the opposite, chatgpt (free version at least) gives all the explanation and stuff then a code block, copilot (not Microsoft the GitHub one) just prints the boilerplate directly in the editor then you press tab to accept.
Pretty much this, it’s the one use case for copilot, I know what I want to type anyway and copilot is usually close enough that 2 edits is faster than typing the whole thing and better for rsi.
Electron apps are great for one thing, quick releases. Other than that there is far too much that can go wrong and you end up with an incredibly resource (mostly memory) intensive application.
In comparison the native solutions I’ve seen run on about 20-200mb instead of 600+
I didn’t say this was the direction the phone market was moving though. I stated this is how their devices are supposed to be used.
So? What does that have to do with Apple pushing this philosophy? It’s not their fault there isn’t an equivalent in the Android world.
Surely the best option is voiceover for key notifications on the watch?
I personally believe it’s not supposed to be pocketed but to be backpacked. They’re trying to encourage less phone usage, you should use your watch for immediate notifications and only get your phone out to use it for taking a picture, drawing something with the apple pencil or another task that requires a phone. Most everything else should be done by the watch though.
I agree, I think someone that’s into minimalism and sees the appeal of an iPad or an iPhone, would be happier to choose this, especially if it shares features like apple pencil support. If there isn’t apple pencil support then I’ll be upset.
Also you’re clearly not apple’s target market so you being frustrated by their choices is negligible to them.
I haven’t tried for a while but I’m pretty sure you can store your own music files on all Apple devices and listen to them via Apple Music.
The doctor prescribed “getting good”
I didn’t say Apple apps are the best though? Nor did I say this decision hurts consumers.
Only for installing and updating, it’s honestly not really feasible for instance plugins via a UI due to the configuration being inlined with the plugin declaration. It’s not too bad once you get used to it.
UTM can definitely run windows 11 on arm.
If they want to do this kind of thing they should always least either leave them to be played whenever but offer some kind of double xp or whatever while the event is actually on, or run the event as an annual thing so you can experience it every year and you don’t feel like you’re missing out because you didn’t get the game at release for whatever reason
