Money and working for it stop making sense immediately, so nobody works at anywhere, no services are going to be in place unless the workers are somewhat bored.

Without service workers, how fast do you think you would go? You will always be in the same city? Can you learn to fly a plane to eventually reach another place? Can you learn to fly a Boeing by yourself to travel farther? No fucking security regulations anywhere baby.

You can go a full day without eating or drinking much water, so maybe some days you eat, some you don’t. After few loops, crime rises, and it can’t be really punished, but people will remember criminals and what they did, so the next day a bunch of the affected can kill the criminal for the day, until they no longer want to do it.

How Groundhog Day rules would apply here? Everyone wakes at the same time? What happens if some go to sleep earlier and some try to be wake as many days as possible, until their inevitable death?

Most interesting thing is that no real danger would exist, and no real consequences, as the static world resets, but the collective memory of people would survive.

answer, the question, what is the actual labor value provided to the chain by those laborers? laborers create actual value, the ruling class exploit and extract value created by others. not for society as you say, but actual you know, value, wealth. they are contributing to production or not? it’s easy to answer for real labor, mental gymnastics else. Ok genius, what’s the"labor" provided by a CEO? How do horizontal organizations like cooperative manage without that piece of labor? Do you know what a traitor of it class is? I mean, I’m sure at this point he has been exposed to most literature and works to not be a fascist, this won’t get fixed with a gift. Maybe try to have a 1 on 1 conversation with him, let him speak an express why he thinks like that, let him go deep, let him talk about his feelings. Fascism always root on untrue information and resent. If he respects you, you can then talk about where he is wrong, confront the lies, but embrace him as a person.

If you want to win your son back, it will take real work, respect, and love. These people get lied to, and they believe because they are full of resent and want an explanation, someone to pin all the problems, an enemy. Uprooting that is hard, but sometimes family and friends can do it. If family and friends deepen those core beliefs, nothing is going to change.

Conservatives are afraid of change, because they control current status quo. They can’t let people escape from that control, so every nail that is a little outside it’s hole gets hammered.

In short, they rather prefer trans (and broadly queers) to hide or die, unless they can control them. Everyone different from what they can control is a big danger. Imagine if everyone could be like they feel like? Conservatives see this as chaos, they are the guardians of peace and good values, so anything not already controlled by them is the opposite, chaos, destruction, fire.

That’s why they rarely present anything new, their policies and general opinion tend to fight the natural evolution of civilization. USA, as obviously all of the American Continent, was built by immigrants (and slaves). Now they fight immigrants, undocumented ones mostly, because they can’t control them. And we know what happened when ‘the libs’ back then tried to end slavery, you know, other people that they CONTROLLED.

I enjoy working in my field, but as other commenter said, I have no interest on working until death for shareholders to be happy. I do plan to work until I’m dead, incapable or just tired, but I’m planning to enjoy it while it lasts.

Independence for me would be not having to respond to a higher up, just me, my craft, and peaceful money earned by not overstressing my ass. I’m building my own house now, after I have a place to live without rent, I have no more ambitions than eating, sleeping and be with my loved ones. I don’t need to overwork my ass to death to get that. Maybe 4 hours a day, or two-three days a week should be enough.

I think most people would do the same if they could, most people like working, they just despise the oppression of this rigged system.

They are going to complain about erasure then, you can never please the right-wing crowd, don’t try to.

I have a half baked story about friends, and the only white guy is a decoy hero that turns out to be the villain and dies a horrible death, leading the way to reveal the actual enemies of the story, cats.

What I say is, to hell with right wingers, they will hate your story if they are not the center of attention. Most media that includes minorities, does so putting them as token characters, so they don’t rob the spotlight to the white person. Write whatever story feels good for you, aim to write the best story you can, and even if right wingers attack, you had made people happy with your work.

Gen Z really want everything handed to them. I remember the old times, there was no thing as a contract killer, if you hated your enemies, neighbor or the president, you had to kill them yourself. This generation doesn’t know how to do that kind of stuff by themselves anymore.

It was a indie publisher, not developer, big difference. They published titles from indie studios. Publishing is the act of funding, supervision, sometimes giving advice, doing a launch marketing campaign, etc. In short, indie publishers are key for a indie game to make money, as traditional publishers tend to avoid them because they are high risk.

The word television is composed of two words, tele meaning far away, and vision, self explanatory. So anything that lets you see stuff that’s far way, it’s technically tv. Everything that’s streamed live would match that definition, even if it’s pre recorded, as it was on traditional tv. So I guess Twitch, YouTube streams are our modern tv. Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ and other recorded media that’s distributed trough internet would not, as blockbuster was not tv back then either.
