You can buy Canadian VoIP numbers from VoIP.ms
It blocks the YT ads. Watch video, cast to TV. Isn’t that what your original question was? I mentioned SmartTube in my 1st reply as it’s the best adblocked YT experience on a TV for sure, but it does require an Android based set top box or TV OS. If you are in an Apple ecosystem, use brave just for casting YT to TV.
Me either, but it is effective at blocking YouTube ads on iOS for free 🤷🏼♂️
There are other paid options, and other side loading options as well. But Brave is easy and it works. I only use it for youtube.com on my iPad, so I’m personally fine with allowance for that.
Use SmartTube on Android TV and Fire TV. Cast from Brave browser on Apple TV or Roku.
I personally recommend the stable version. It has integrated Adblock and sponsorblock. The dev is very responsive when issues arise like YouTube breaking stuff.
Any reason you recommend the beta instead of the stable version?
These days they would be using an esim rather than a physical sim.
Baked in AI makes C Suite and shareholders happy. That’s about it.
For simple free ad blocking, you can use Brave browser.
For paid options, there are Safari extensions (I haven’t tried these but have read about them): Vinegar does ad blocking and there is also a SponsorBlock extension.
Whatever you do, don’t find massgravel’s GitHub and run the PowerShell script (this is sarcasm btw)
Worked for me last week
It is, but like so many things in our current landscape, it’s also exhausting.
Because when you have shareholders, there’s no such thing as “we’re profitable enough”. Shareholders always demand more. Ads means more profit, at least in the short term. Next quarter profits are all that matter to public companies.
It’s obscene, but it’s the way it is.
As someone who works IT supporting senior citizens, this forced switch is really bad. The mail and calendar app was simple and great for them, and this change sucks. Thunderbird has not been a viable option with those I’ve tried so far - too different and too complicated for them.
I’m biased because I love it, but disc golf is a great sport to chill and play with buddies (assuming you can get them into it too). It has a low cost for entry - a few beginner discs won’t cost much, and lots of courses are either free to play or cheap for a round. It won’t make you a muscleman or anything, but it can build some arm, shoulder, and core strength if you play enough.
If that’s the case, install Vinegar and SponsorBlock and you’re good to go
Anyone, and I do mean ANYONE who buys ANY GAME before it’s released deserves what they get. You people got the gaming industry into this situation.
I’m a big fan of PDF Expert. There’s a paid track for editing, but I believe viewing is free. I paid for editing a long time ago when it was on sale and I love it. I’d pay again if there was an Android version.
