1 year agoIt’d be called ‘obstructing traffic’. Police sometimes grab boy-racers along the sea-front near my home for it. There’s no specific law saying you can’t wait at a T-junction indefinitely, and i usually get stuck behind the ones that do. :-(
we need car parks with height barriers that exclude the suv’s. people in range rover sports SUVs worth 80k aren’t worried by an extra tenner on the parking fee. now imagine their ‘car’ won’t fit…
