They are doing another Rey movie but it won’t be part of the “Skywalker Saga.” Can’t say I’m as excited as I would’ve been prior to IX but I will still definitely be there when it’s out.
I like video games :)

Love Rian Johnson, especially as a Breaking Bad fan.
I actually really liked Last Jedi on its own and consider it in the top half of my ranking of the franchise. I think Luke’s characterization could’ve been handled better (and the whole Canto Bight subplot could’ve been cut wholesale) but looking at myself at 23 (how old Luke was in RotJ) and my experiences since, I found the lapse of judgement and faded optimism quite relatable. Adam Driver is one of my favorite actors and his portrayal of an abusive yet charismatic antagonist turned love interest was spot-on. There’s also the comparisons you could make between the First Order and the rise of fascism in America today. That one’s a bit of a stretch but it’s important to recognize World War II’s influence on the original trilogy and the Iraq War’s on the prequels.
That said, Rise of Skywalker is not only the worst Star Wars film- I consider it the worst film I’ve ever watched. It’s not a poorly-made film, the cinematography is great, but the plot is nonsensical. It redacts everything they set up in the Last Jedi, retroactively making that one worse than it is standalone. What seals it though is this will always be the ending of the saga- they can’t go back and fix it. I’ve probably seen worse movies, but the disappointment will never reach the level that this one gives me.
He should have his medical license revoked as well
I keep getting him mixed up with Hope from FFXIII
Imagine Microsoft makes the Kinect mandatory again.
Not sure what drugs you’re doing but I’m about 6 years clean now. One thing that helped me the most was rediscovering my passion for video games. I guess my advice would be to find a hobby or something to focus on and forget about the world for a few hours.
If you want to feel like you’re doing something productive, get involved in your local community. It’s very difficult to fight fascism at a macro level but building bonds and protecting those in your immediate vicinity makes more of a difference than it seems.
I would love to but I mainly watch YouTube and other video content on my living room TV. That’s probably a barrier for a lot of us.
Will and Jada have some suspicious ties to the Church and its beliefs too. They’ve denied being part of it but some instances are so overt that it’s likely true.
I heard people really enjoyed One Piece Odyssey last year. Never seen the series myself.
I found out who ProJared was on May 9th, 2019.
Same tbh
Feel that- source: I’m a Like A Dragon fan.
But another reason I tend to binge each game is lack of storage space and rising file sizes. Don’t want to download 100 GB again so better finish it immediately.
I got to the part where he asked for building plans- seemed like donations would be the next part of the quest but my Game Pass sub ran out 😅
As someone who was let down by Jirard’s choice to double down and threaten his accusers, I actually don’t think he needs to be removed. If anything, the fact that his role in the game is to take donations becomes more of a snarky meta commentary. I get that Sabotage studio is probably really hurt by this given their close relationship with IndieLand, and they have every right to do whatever they want with their art, but experiencing the irony here should be preserved and available to the public.
Something I’m starting to realize too. Just because I start a game doesn’t mean I need to play it to the credits as soon as possible. I’m the only one fixated on my trophy list or hours played.
Damn that’s heartbreaking. Genesis was not only my first console; the earliest conscious memory I have of my life is playing Sonic 2 with my Mom. I know it’s probably different people at the company making these decisions, but retro SEGA means a lot to me and my journey as a person.
And most Persona games tbh. Just finished Tactica.
This is exactly what I do! And I’ve also noticed how much more time I’ve spent doing other things as opposed to doomscrolling.
I mean, “Son of Sam” was about a man who became a serial killer after being told to by a dog so I can see why cats would like it.
