I really like Heroic because I don’t want a separate app for each store. It’s already annoying enough steam is a separate app.

Yeah, verb is kind of a stretch though.
I’ve seen this before and always thought the verb was a stretch since it is definitely not used in modern English, but I do like the idea of forming a sentence this way.
I’m sure there’s a better example in Ukrainian, but
Як як? Ну як як? Як як як…
Not really a pun and not translateable as a joke, but same word that can repeat to form a sentence.
Joke is a guy went to the zoo and friend is asking him how was yak. He replies with yak was like yak.
Can confirm. Had to buy a Pacifica because I needed a wheelchair accessible minivan and only Pacifica offered the features I wanted. Absolute piece of shit of a car. I don’t think I ever regretted any purchase as much. I would 100% compromise on the features I wanted had I known how much this car sucks. I’m talking about a brand new 2024, very well equipped car. Do not buy a Chrysler. I can shit on this car for days AMA.
Master pdf editor works great for me. License costs $80, but compared to Adobe prices it is basically free.
Maybe if you live in an area with mostly SFHs so bugs can’t spread as aggressively? I’d never take furniture off the street. I’d rather sleep on bare floor than deal with bed bugs.
Ps5 pro was released a few days ago. Otherwise why are we even talking about scalpers and availability?
Sure, but you’re comparing apples to oranges. If you personally play older or not gpu intensive games at medium settings, then you can absolutely buy a gpu once every 7-10 years and not be affected by any scalpers. NES emulators are pretty cheap right now :-) You can also get an Intel GPU for under MSRP.
Obviously a hyperbole, but PC gamers looking for latest and greatest were affected much worse than console gamers wanting the latest stuff.
Just the crypto hype alone made it nearly impossible to get a decent gpu for years.
Do you build your own gpus too? Between ML and chip shortage, PC builders were affected much worse than any console users.
That’s just demonstrably false. Lots of historical precedent for people losing property, access, etc due to lost or incorrectly filed documents, clerical errors, corruption and a billion other ways. None of this really affects digital assets.
Nonsense argument. It is much easier to forge or steal a paper copy of a document that it is to do so with an equally well protected digital copy.
Vast majority of digital theft is done via social engineering and not through some exploit in the underlying technology.
Show me a screenshot of what your display settings look like please.
I couldn’t even find a place to do it. Only config for display scaling applied or to all monitors. And it requires a restart of kde every time. So either large external screen became unusable or the small laptop screen.
I haven’t used Xorg in years. All my problems are in Wayland.
Great, now please fix per monitor scaling. 4k laptops are unusable when connected to large 4k screens. I need no scaling on large external screen and about 175% on laptop’s 16".
Have you tried glances?
I used to work in the same industry. We transferred several PBs from West US to Australia using Aspera via thick AWS pipes. Awesome software.
Really? Bunch of open source tools like Bitwarden and Firefox support passkey. Are you saying they all use and pay for licensed code?
I don’t think that exists. I’m also looking for a cheap way to save my Skype number now that MS is shutting it down and can’t find anything cheaper than $8/mo or so.
I can’t even transfer it to Google voice directly because it is treated as VOIP number so I have to transfer it to a real phone first and then to Google voice. Not sure if it’ll work for SMS verifications after that.
