I believe tuxclocker has NVIDIA plugins.
I believe tuxclocker has NVIDIA plugins.
Nah they all stick, but priorities are priorities.
New shiny is much higher on the to-do than the stack of #TODO in my git or the half finished stack of 3d printed parts, or that access point that is begging to be put back together.
It’s good having variety, I’m able to bounce between things while never really getting bored of one thing.
Ryujinx reached an agreement with Nintendo is the rumour.
Hospitality is this for me, and has been for the last 18~ years.
Really you have a good hour of power where the bulk of customers will want to eat, drink and have a good time - all at once because fuck the kitchen and the bar.
Having to relay information from the kitchen, make sure the bar hasn’t lost a docket, dealing with spills, intoxicated patrons, wait people missing a meal / adding the wrong meal to an order plus the general meeting and greeting of walk-ins / bookings.
It’s also managing wages - when to knock people off, who to send home early, who costs more, who is unwell or le’ tired. Who can’t work together, who is bad at pack down or requires micromanagement once the busy period is over.
It’s a never ending list of monitoring, putting out fires, managing expectations of patrons and staff - all the while being legitimately nice and keeping your cool.
Oh, and if something gets missed you’ve just put the next days crew in a bad spot. Didn’t prep that aquafaba? Forgot to swap a postmix bag, change a gas bottle, polish cutlery, clear tables or even check the fucking toilets for passed-out patrons?
Rinse and repeat 5+ days a week. And this isn’t including how to manage personal relationships, hobbies and general self-care when everyone else is working a 9-5.
At least I’m not bald or grey yet.
dyne:bolic - specifically 1.4.1
Had support for the original Xbox, a multimedia editing / streaming focussed OS. I’d never run it on mine - just messed with xdsl before going back to XBMC.
I tried and bricked my S10+
Soft bricked, can probably recover but have not got the time to bring it back.
Dear god, I do vaguely remember their launch (not my portfolio while working in PC component procurement) but had completely pushed that from my head.
Looks like LG have the same thing going on too, what a waste of silicon.
You have wifi / ethernet in your PC monitor?
Shedding weight fast is a great method for excess skin that requires cosmetic surgery to remove. Slowly losing weight can reduce but not eliminate the requirements for surgery.
Good friend of mine lost almost half his body weight in around 4 years, his arms, legs are all OK but his stomach area needs some work. I can’t imagine the hardship people “competing” on the biggest loser need to go through once the season is over.
I guess the answer is money, but why would you do any handling of card details in-house. Having a third party process transactions passes to some degree ensuring security onto said third party.
I’d still doubt any risk of full card details being leaked unless the hack goes much deeper than just Epic.
Picked up a laptop with a busted screen $30 cheaper than the RPI 5. 1135G7, 8gb upgradable ram, m.2 storage, wifi, bluetooth and a battery.
Raspberry pis’ were great early on, but their appeal has quickly diminished in my eyes considering used hardware options that are available now.
Size would be the one redeeming quality of a raspberry pi for me, my headless laptop is thin but takes up substantially more space.
Man looking at my old 5960x with it’s 20mb of cache from 2014, and Intel’s current top consumer chip with 36mb.
Crazy to think Intel were ‘ahead of the curve’ so long ago, those x99 chips are still relevant compared to some AM4 chips.
I’ve found that the unstable branch of nixos has almost all the packages that I want / need at the bleeding edge. For more obscure packages I build from source.
Interested to hear what packages you were chasing that are outdated / not present.
Not sure friend, was a spur of the moment “yeah this will be fun” became a frustrating experience. I could probably change my user-agent on my desktop or try blocking elements in ublock to get around the unsupported browser junk.
Thanks for lending a hand however, very supporting <3
I understand this post is a couple of weeks old now, but I’m not able to access the site using Firefox on mobile using ublock / privacy badger. Frustrating spin as the site loads the content then slammed me with a non-compatible browser overlay.
Adding to insult, a simple misclick via chrome ate all my entries and I’ve not got the capacity to finish what I’d almost completed nor attempt to complete the questionnaire again.
Me not emailing my negative UDS and EKG results to my psych until the day of my diagnosis.
Instead for that week I was procrastinating, trying to unspaghetti my NixOS installation, installing a PS2 emulator to play a title that dankpods reminded me of.
I’d been beating myself up over this shit for years, people in my life too just thinking I’m lazy and disorganised. Only took me until 36 to get a diagnosis 🤘 Happy I did.
Oh man, that’s when they activate the ad blocker blocker blocker.
You running anything from nix-hardware on your system? I know my laptop has a flake there that installs a few applications & fixes small things like hardware buttons for the ga401: https://github.com/NixOS/nixos-hardware/blob/master/asus/zephyrus/ga401/default.nix
I’m running unstable on both machines, with nix-hardware for my laptop only.
I think the AMS is the only reason I’d go with an A1 - my modded V3 SE is a dream in its current iteration. Happily printing PETG / TPU currently with a spool of ABS-GF waiting for an enclosure to be finished.
