It’s too complicated to say “a surplus”.
It’s too complicated to say “a surplus”.
Also, don’t say, “I wasn’t aware it was so important to you.” That’s definitely a trigger phrase.
Try, “Thank you for letting me know this is important for you,” (or “how you feel”) instead.
I want to upvote you, but your tally is at 69 right now.
They don’t mean boomers, millennials, etc. When you consider games from Atari, to genesis, to 360, to what we have now with microtransactions and season passes after unloading $60+ for a premium game, there are clear “generational” divides.
Legally, they’re trespassing.
*Fewer argumentative assholes.

So, how do I become a better liar to the tune of: I want to keep working here, I like what I do, I like seeing patients leave healthy and independent to live their lives
You have to believe the lie yourself. That’s it. Find a challenge in the BS, smile, and look for growth and development opportunities.
The main filter includes language.
No the poor advice is to go below bmr by some rando who says, “No it’s cool. Nutritionists don’t know what they are talking about.” But go for it. Do like everyone else who is in a rush and turn your diet into a roller coaster and put your health at risk.
Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body needs to perform basic functions while at rest. Consuming too few calories, also known as severe caloric restriction, can cause a number of health problems, including:
-Slowed metabolism: Your body slows down your metabolism to conserve energy when you don’t consume enough calories. This can make it harder to meet your daily nutrient needs and cause fatigue.
-Weakened bones: Consuming too few calories can weaken your bones.
-Reduced fertility: Restricting calories too much can negatively affect fertility.
-Muscle loss: Going below your resting metabolic rate (RMR) for an extended period of time can cause you to lose muscle mass, which can lower the number of calories you burn each day.
-Nutrient deficiencies: Eating fewer calories than your body needs can make it harder to meet your daily nutrient needs.
-Other health problems: Other health problems associated with severe caloric restriction include anemia, menstrual disturbances, and decreased mucosal immunity.
On apple there is an app called mynetdiary. HIGHLY recommended to help answer your questions. It sounds like finances are an issue, but the paid version really helps you dial in nutrition with detailed nutrient info and meal plans. The key feature of this app for me was the predicted weight loss trend line… and then seeing my results line up perfectly. It’s almost like they knew what they were talking about.
DO NOT go below bmr…
If you are going into deficit, stave off the full effect of adaptive thermogenesis (“starvation mode”) with weights and higher levels of protein.
It’s bacteria poop.
Why doesn’t […] get rid of it entirely?
Because you keep putting stuff inside your mouth.
How do they know it worked/failed.
A lot of answers here, but I think what’s still missing is the most intuitive. The plant that sent the seed doesn’t know, rather its offspring does - by simply surviving. The species as a whole “knows” by whatever works.
By extension of this philosophy, we shouldn’t bury people, since worms will desecrate their deceased flesh. It seems to me then that shrunken heads might be a good way to save space.
I’m okay with it. Unless we start putting them on keychains. That might be taking it too far.
Do you expect us to consume that?
How do you sign in on a device where you’re not allowed to install third party software?
You don’t. Passkeys are very ecosystem-centric right now. If you are in apple, google, or Microsoft entirely, they will all allow you to move your passkeys around to different systems using the same basic mechanism they used for password keeping. Moving across ecosystems is absolutely broken - or rather - has never worked.
I think there are mechanisms to allow passkeys to work via Bluetooth or even via camera, as an external authenticator essentially, but I’ve never personally tried them.
This site says to use it in 1-2 months: https://rivieraseafoodclub.com/products/unagi-freshwater-eel
As many have said, the numerical digits probably refer to a Julian calendar date. Also to consider, some products list the pack date rather than the expiration date. So it’s possible these were packed in December and are already “expired”.
OP was pretty clear on not actually knowing.
I put whites into one pile, which allows me to use bleach if I want. The rest I split into “rough” or “heavy” fabrics (think jeans) and more “gentle” fabrics (think slacks). I’m not worried about the colors so much as wear on the clothes that can’t take a beating by getting mixed.
