I don’t wear prescription glasses but I have a pair of TheraSpecs that I use for shopping or anywhere with fluorescent lights. Partner has the epilepsy ones and I’ll vouch for both. I was super skeptical initially but check out the their research, whitepapers, look up the authors, theyve had their results independently reproduced and shown them at scale. We bought the epilepsy ones first and after i saw my partner don them when i was expecting a seizure and then fully recover I grabbed the autism recommended pair. The epilepsy ones have prescription lenses so that is an option. Both are high quality but pricey. They go on sale every so often, I wish they were cheap enough that I could have extras to just give out, like i do with books and some stim toys but they are life changing for us.

Patient Gamers@sh.itjust.works•Great games you would recommend from before 1990?
1·6 months ago1000% this game had amazing music. For a system that had only a couple of pulse waves, a sine wave, a white noise channel and a sampler channel using an algorithm that was already over 30 years old in 1983 some games really got an amazing amount of expression out of them. I’ve always felt that this game’s soundtrack was criminally underrated.

Yeah, i have light sensitivity issues so for my needs i went with the Blend. Blend+Loops is my go to combo to turn the intensity down on the world without fully blocking out anything. Otherwise it’s headphones.
