Obfuscation. Corporate figures telling or giving people the option will hurt their feelings so they’ll stop playing. A player who quits is no longer a tier two type with the potential to spend money, so they’ll only do this if it becomes a PR nightmare that affects their bottom line.
I’m trying to figure out why you’re being downvoted. It’s possible I’m ignorant. However, it was my understanding that for the average individual in the U.S. we do have some of the lowest tax-to-GDP in the world. This is, of course, offset by drastic cost-of-living increases making any percentage of a tax increase an actual and substantial barrier. That said, any tax increase should come out of the top 10%. Everyone else has been paying the price for far too long.
I don’t disagree with why, I do disagree with the timing. Yes, it was a hardline issue and yes the Dems should have absolutely done whatever they could to deal with it. What I cannot and will never forgive is risking the fucking planet by placing a very likely dictator into the seat of global military superiority. Fucking vote Harris in and then we have four years of dropkicking every politician we see to deal with it.
Now there is every chance that conflict will worsen, or end abruptly.
Four years to work together and make positive change by not constantly bickering. Instead we have several States and governers vouching to protect our rights and your fucking neighbors against the President and his cronies.

Eh, he’s been pretty good over all. We’ve had better, though the list of worse Presidents is a bit longer. Over all, Joe did step up and get more done than expected for what felt like a forced square into a round hole situation. What he might not have done was solve YOUR issues.
The issue wasn’t his full term. The issue became his last handful of months and the absolute atrocity that is the DNC communication strategy.
It is also exceedingly important to note that plenty on the Right don’t explicitly hate Trans people. That’s a rhetoric. They may be worried about some of the news “reports” and “”“stories”“”, had to triple quote that one, and yes the radical Right and MAGA do buy in hard and hate due to racial and superiority bullshit. What so many on the Right who are on the fence about these things are truly scared of…
Is having an opinion that deviates from the people around them who they’ve known probably all their lives. Unlike us on the Left who hiss and spit at one another every time one of us has a family gathering, many on the Right fear alienating their social circles.
If you ever want to change the mind of someone on the Right you really just need to soothe their rabid, horrid, twisted by those around them, frothing soul of an angry jackass and make them feel as if they can actually believe something else could be the truth.
But by GOD can it be tiring.
It should be noted that through all this people fought for those rights. So don’t fall asleep, dear America, because organizing even within small communities will make a difference.
If done correctly, massive change can happen. Dream big so that those who fear negotiate back down to the levels you’ll accept.

You know…years later and hundreds of miles, I swear I sometimes still hear a meow and catch the flicker of a tail out of the corner of my eye. Maybe in some small way, those of us who truly and deeply loved our pets, who made them family, never truly go forth alone.

What probably happened is Corporate overlords leadership opted for an easier-to-create game direction while also attempting to diversify the game’s base. Basically, and I may be eating my words as we learn more about the game, I’d expect them to have reduced the cost to create while also attempting to increase profit.
I base this off of other games which have attempted similar feats, and I’m not sure of a single one that was part of a larger series that has turned out well.

On that same vein, be honest, especially with simple responses. We hear mostly about the bad judges in the system. Reality is most are fine and will treat you fairly, if you treat them and the court with respect.

The most infuriating thing about Starfield is its potential. Another year to flesh out the system with a few interesting spots and work out the NPC quirks and that alone would bump it up from high C tier to B. Fundamentally the game just could have been amazing and that is perhaps the biggest reason why I’m, at least, so disappointed by Bethesda. Lots of honestly rather little issues that culminate into a mediocre experience that can and does often get boring quickly.
Sooooo depends on what you’re using them for. Very few shoes will hold up to retail work, for instance. So 3-6 months for one reviewer without context could be 2 years for you.
Pokemon effectively makes them all the money they need and all they need to do is sick one of the rabid lawyers they keep in the basement on anyone even remotely infringing upon what they think they own.
They’re like a litigation equivalent to McDonald’s land ownership twist to company financial equivalency.
I don’t feel it’ll go anywhere either. Flip side is always whether people are having fun. People having fun rarely complain meaningfully. Meaaaning money still flows.
