IMHO it’s just a distraction from the CEO class war
Very nice thanks for sharing!!!
I know somebody who knows someone who has a private movie (TV, etc) server and had the access for free up to this year… electric prices being what they are he finally had to start charging 10$ a month.
I’ve used it for 4 years so in 4 more years the total charge is 5$ a month.
I will gladly pay for a service like this that’s private & only done as a “hobby” rather than give my minutes to a corporation.
I grew up in a construction family. Father was a fireman and all his coworkers had other construction skill sets so when they were off work they helped each other build their homes.
I thought it was too hard and too hot work to follow into the business.
So I became a chef…
…and I think about that a lot.
I have a green phone now because I was tired of loosing it on the dark countertops in my home.
Yeah a Phillips headset with removable mic and on/mute toggle on the cord.
Works really well, happy with it but it gets warm in the summer…like I don’t need more hotness in the heat.
Correct, but OTOH it is a mindset to think of them as such if they end up being garbage quality wise and you don’t get any reasonable length of time and wear with them.
Depends on your budget, really. Is it worth you to get basically ‘disposable’ shirts?
I have had some organic cotton Tshirts last me 13+ years now and they still look great/color, etc. They cost at the time 15$ or: a little over 1$ per year.
I just loaded up on some shirts from Uniqlo because of a comment a friend made on their clothing that they last a long time (10+ yrs)-and she has way better judgement in clothing than I do…for sure. So there basic T is 10€, but I got a deal on the first order through their website & got 10 for 6.50€each.
That being said, I would load up on these and have them in stock at home and get a much use out of them as I could (and when they wear down they’re hobby/work/outdoor etc.)…
Edit: wash in cold water, do not use fabric softeners, and only 1-2 T of detergent, line dry if you can
That killing the rich will not be tolerated
What’s that? I can’t hear you. I think I’ll go get my hearing checked with my socialized medicine and not go bankrupt.
Bernie got railroaded.
Dems have been nothing but a doormat for the last 30 years, the party of complicity. I’m absolutely positive they’ve been playing the dupe and moving the US further to the right all the while playing the victim.
Could have fixed the electoral college but didn’t. Could have codified abortion into the constitution but didn’t. Could have filled RBGs supreme court seat without Senate confirmation regardless of the pearl clutching, but didn’t. Could have put pressure on the justice department to get their investigation done with to get the trial for Trump for treason at least started…but fuck me, they didn’t… seriously- they couldn’t put a case together in 3 years???
Could have, should have, would have. Fucking useless.
I mean, I get it. A drunk guy has been stealing our Christmas ornaments one at a time off our front store window…
…the fear is palpable
Part of the reason we left the US. Our city had a terrorist attack (by a Muslim so instead of a mass office shooting it was deemed such), we had an acquaintance who was killed in the Las Vegas concert shooting, and our kids should was locked down 9 times that year for fear of gun violence.
It’s Koo Koo land.
No no, it’s an illegal immigrant caravan!
Still a better layout than some kitchens I’ve seen/worked in.
For a loooong time I kept ‘Amish Rake Fight / GFY’ on a bookmark to send to people.
It was just a page with a middle finger saying ‘Go Fuck Yourself’ and a counter saying how many people have been told to go Fuck Themselves.
After a decade or so, there was a page added with hate mail & various threats…the owner I’m sure had lots of fun with it. AFAIK it stopped working about 5-6 years ago.
