except that genetics isn’t that simple, there’s many many things that go into structuring your body. Even biological sex isn’t binary, there’s plenty of overlap. People can literally be born with both sets of genitals afaik.

the only ones i don’t like are the ones we’ve bred to have congenital health issues, i will never understand how people think the flat faces are in any way appealing.

I maintain that the best way to talk about adhd/autism (provided you don’t need a lot of assistence) is just sidegrades: where most people are fives across the board, adhd might pull a point or two from focus and assign that to perception instead, and autism might pull some points from charisma and bump up intelligence, for example.

And with the right routines and coping methods you can ideally bring the low numbers back up a bit, leaving you with more totals than normal, which is quite nice even if you’ll always have some struggles.

i just kinda feel eh about them as a concept, it’s just a piece of paper with an image on it where the sum total involvement from the giver is that they selected the card, and even that is almost never something that took more than 20 seconds.

It’s a worse version of postcards, which usually have some actually interesting art on them (or a photo) and is relevant to a journey they made.
