Not adhd but I moved twice a year until high school and never had friends. I used to hate recess and lunch as I was always alone. I used to walk around the perimeter of the playground counting my steps to see what the average steps around playground was per school. I had a notebook with all that info that I found and threw away in my late 30s.

Love it so far. My only complaint is that I’ve accidentals melted several mods I wanted to keep because I forget which key does what. Wish there was an unlock button and trash you could drag to instead of just two keys. Other than that its great.

I am also on summit. Only thing I hate is that I set one tap to open content but there is no one tap for videos so they always open inline with half the video off screen then I hit back to exit and it refreshes my view losing my place. Ill get there once I beat this muscle memory.

Sadly this seems to be true. Gave him the benefit of doubt but he’s been AWOL for to long on a platform that changes much faster than reddit did. A lot of things are broken on sync and have been for a long time now. Trying out boost and thunder to see what I like best.

I do it every other day with an electric and it take about 10 min… If I forget then it takes about an hour because its to long for the electric.

Ok, some benefit if its bad enough you need medicine. But most people in OPs mental loop probably are not bad enough to need medicine and a diagnosis would just adversely affect them via insurance and employment.

I get this too but im pretty sure its from sitting and bouncing my leg. Causes my shoe to flex as if im walking but mostly my left shoe since I keep it more under me than my right while sitting.
