Yeah, I think OP has created a false dichotomy here
Like yeah, I mean it sounded like a joke, but it’s really fucking serious. I’ve submitted nearly 1,000 resumes, have had maybe three or four interviews from that, and they’ve all been like kthanxbye.
So, full disclosure, my wife did it for me since I just can’t, and I don’t know what it looks like.
My dog’s groomer now requires you to make an account on their website in order to schedule an appointment. Considering switching groomers.
I see your point, but to be fair, this is a memetic transfer of information.
Interview for a new job for which I am perfectly qualified: “Tell me about a time that you <something which I do at least weekly in my current position>”
My brain: (white noise)
I am this way completely. If I don’t fully understand all the details of something, I have no chance of remembering it. Elementary math classes were difficult in college because they infrequently included formal proofs, but as I progressed into more advanced courses I found I really loved math. The formal proofs made the difference. I need to be convinced that something is true; I can’t simply take it at face value.
That’s yesterday’s hot pocket. Just throw it out and make your new one.
Motorcycles are amazing. It’s like making your drive an act of mindfulness.
Psycho cat gang rise up (I also have a tortie and a calico)
Domain registrars are required to collect your real information and display it in the Whois database. Many registrars offer a “Whois privacy” service where they put their name and address in the database instead of yours, most charge a fee for this. That’s one thing to keep in mind.

Try it and see. It depends on your professors and what software they want to use for class. I was able to get through college just fine on Linux, but a couple classes were made easier with windows, so I ran a VM for those classes.
Xena would be AWESOME for a little floofy terror
ADHD is a disease. You have to go to a doctor to get diagnosed with it. You have to take medicine to be treated for it. It’s studied by medical schools and described in the DSM. It’s genetic and terminal, so the medicine never heals you, unfortunately. It sucks, I know, but it is definitely a disease. No, you can’t “catch” it, but you can’t “catch” Type 1 diabetes either. That is also genetic and terminal.
