I’m yet to try BeamNG, would be cool to test some cars I built in Automation. I was a bit hesitant about AMS2 for some reason, but might as well give it a go. Although RBR would be the priority now.

Thanks for the awesome writeup! I’ll get to it next time I have a chance. Maybe it’s time to join the bazzite discord.
I think you might’ve just saved me there. Will give modprobe a try in the afternoon. Thanks a lot!
I was under the impression that new-lg4ff cannot be installed due to the immutable nature of the system. What I don’t understand is that dirt 2.0 works beautifully and from what I read on forums and protondb simracing is doable on linux, but all the positive stories came from people running traditional distros. I’m leaning on dual booting though, it just feels yucky.
More like Bill Hicks on acid playing dnd…
Isn’t there maybe a way to keep the factory os and selectively disable google services. Sort of no-script style? Not too familiar with the android ecosystem tbh, other than google is on top of the food chain, haha.
Iirc, in the 70s or 80s they pushed out biker gangs spreading h, so I don’t think they’ll fail.
Or one of Bob Mortimer’s childhood friends.
More like yeetcode, amIwrong?
Never heard of that one. Any leads I can follow?
Isn’t this like the 5th DnD movie? I mean the ones before were shockingly bad, but they still exist.
Why not both?
(Couldn’t coun a proper portmanteu)
Can’t really go wrong with a Thinkpad. Well, not sure of the situation right now, since my most recent machine is a t450.
I have a T14 gen1 ryzen 7 (only 16G of ram for now), with integrated graphics running bazzite. Civ 5 and 6, rimworld, FTL run flawlessly. Anno 1800 is a bit laggy, but playable. I also do some sim racing and no complaints there either, if graphics are set just right, so I think that the bar for hardware is pretty low. As for hardware, not sure what I’d go with, but I’m sure there is no need to go overboard. For software bazzite is amazing if you want near hassle free gaming.
As for accessories I have a keychron keyboard which was a worthwhile investment and a Mionix 3200 mouse that’s over 10 years old, still amazed at the build quality and value for money. A good keyboard mouse combo is invaluable.
