Yeah that sounds about right unfortunately. And fibro is a diagnoses of exclusion but there are specific body parts that are more sensitive and that’s pretty easy to test for. The doctor basically pokes you and sees if you flinch in pain or not lol.

I have fibromyalgia along with audhd and this actually sounds a lot like my experience. You should look into that maybe!
Earbuds are usually less expensive and more portable for me. I can tuck the case in my pocket or in a small bag so that I always have them with me. They do hurt after a while though, but like after 2-3 hours straight.

Yes! I get this if I stay up too late doomscrolling. But by the time it happens, it’s too late to do anything about it. It also makes me vaguely…nauseous? I’m not sure if that’s the correct word, but it makes something in me physically uneasy as well.
