Fair 😂 I focused on easy/low prep and availability in Germany which brought me to the german deli/bakery I used to go.
Charcuterie plates
Cold cuts, cheeses, fresh/dried fruit, vegetables/pickled vegetables, bread/crackers, etc.
Make whatever plate combination you’re in the mood for from a variety selection, i like to stock about 3 options from each category to feel like I have choices

Pot Roast
I rarely have all of the ingredients, and proportions depend on what’s on hand.
I could probably just say assorted root vegetables as one ingredient honestly.
The lather isn’t what gets you clean anyway, they even add stuff to make the detergents lather more because of the perception that it gets you cleaner. Any lather at all with a proper soap says you’re using enough soap to get clean.
