we aren’t federated with NSFW instances and thats honestly okay because I use this account in public.
a few games i pirated earlier in the year, heh, and Pathologic 2, Lunacid (as of a few seconds ago), Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (to check out the openrct2 mod), dwarf fortress, & Odallus the Dark Call.
Lunacid! I forgot how excited I was for that to come out. Swooping in to snag it now, thanks
groceries. it’s kind of a hassle going to the store every other week. It’s not like I’m gonna stop buying food, either.
Thanks for the input ya nerds. Much love from the geek side of lemmy. I’ll be taking the advice of poking around with multiple distros before committing to one, because it sounds a whole lot less painful than I was imagining.
Quick question though, what the hell is a gnome? Or a KDE for that matter?
good insight, thanks
to those suggesting mint, any particular reasons to choose between Cinnamon, MATE, and Xfce versions?
Still shopping around, so nothing’s set in stone. I’m not much of a hardware guy either, so the best I could tell you is just that I’m looking for something a step or two above ‘bare minimum’ for 2025. An SSD, fair bit of ram, ports for external storage so I can actually boot with another OS, maybe enough guts to run skyrim modded to the gills. Somewhere in that ballpark.
Our group made a little detour back to 3.5 for a short adventure and wow this isn’t even an exaggeration. Wizards start with like, 4 hp
I’ve been playing a lot of ZZZ since I haven’t been on my computer for gaming all that much. Can’t recommend it if you can’t stomach gacha mechanics, the energy thing and weekly caps on endgame progression suck. I just enjoyed the main story and the character side stories enough to finish everything and grind up my roster to 50/60.
Wow, really? That shoots it way up on my backlog queue then, I’ve always wanted to play pathologic but 2 games are a bigger ask than just the 1.
same here, though my version of binging includes figuring out what needle(s) in the haystack are broken in my modlist from not having updated it in 4 years eheh. I ended up throwing everything out and am now installing lore accurate himbo armor mods with sinister intent
Barber beats are just a serving plate full of soft peppermint candies individually wrapped, but you can kinda see that the wrappings were just printed over old recycled wrappers of other candies.
finally, it’s time for the Ouya to rise from the ashes and claim its place alongside the switch 2
I still think owlcat is nuts for adapting not one, but two full APs to video game form. Those are each six books worth of TTRPG adventure and those can take years to complete
The last movie I watched to completion was Star Wars Episode 5 with no less than three attempts. It’s really hard.
i dont have anywhere else to go
100%
I dont actually care about the continued propogation of the species all that much, and I’m cooked either way so… lets crab bucket it up.
