Thanks bc I was stuck on Tic Tac Toe
The use of “integrated” here provides specific historical context.
Hinterland has put so much love into TLD. I’m excited to see what this one is like!
The specific complaint was “gross corpospeak”. Let’s go ahead and use your explanation of the situation instead of mine, as it is indeed more accurate: how would you disseminate this change to your customers in a way that’s not “gross corpospeak”?
How would you prefer they say it? Unless you mean to say they’re not within their rights to stop giving away a product?

World of Tanks/World of Warships?
Neither uses especially real locations, and teams are made up of players regardless of the national origins of their respective vehicles. So my buddy in a Soviet T-34 can battle alongside my Sherman M4. There’s no overarching “nation vs nation” story to either game.

The question you should be asking is “are mRNA vaccines riskier than getting the diseases they’re intended to prevent”

When it affects your relationships and your life. My wife has a complex now about crunching in front of me and chooses food accordingly, which makes me feel terrible.
Or when I can’t focus on what my boss is saying because she’s eating almonds while she talks.
I just try to find coping behaviors and sometimes literally bite my lip to get thru some situations.
I have it. The sounds of people eating, especially slurping or crunching, are literally repulsive. I have to have something else to train my focus on or else I’ll get up and bolt.
Other repetitive sounds trigger it too: people popping gum, chewing ice, clipping fingernails, etc. But not too bad with keyboards and typing.
That’s like a film winning an award based on the director’s cut
Have your characters be from Somewhere Else and and make being in a strange place part of the story and any “lack of info” becomes a feature instead of a bug.
Have premade lists of random names for people, places, etc. and cross off stuff as you use it.
Don’t be afraid to let the players do some work to fill in lore: Character 1:“GM, which town has the best smithy?” GM: “Character 2, you said your father was a smith. Which town did he always talk about?” GM: “Character 3, why is Character 2’s dad mistaken?”
Lastly ChatGPT can help with this a LOT. Feed it a few prompts about a place or thing and ask it to generate a few points of interest.
