I can see that. Maybe if I look at a side by side of 1 vs 4 I would see a difference but you’re right. It hasn’t changed enough to be noticable
I still like the cel shade. It’s engrained in the franchise at this point. I was more confused the opening cinematic wasn’t cel shaded.
I wish it was cheaper too but I would argue the value is still there. Yeah I have to run a custom launcher now to truly be ad free but this is still leaps and bounds better than what’s built into televisions.

I agree there are benefits to the diy version. Most published party games are based off some home version that’s long existed already. And on that note, most party games can be recreated as home versions without buying the experience.
