Fuck future me, that guys an asshole.
I’m glad mine vaccinated us as well. Then when I had kids, my parents tried to convince me not to vaccinate. Lost a lot of respect for them.
For reference 159 pounds would be where you start to cross into an ‘unhealthy’ BMI. However, while BMI is a good gauge for normal/sedintary people, it isn’t a great measure if you’re quite muscular. So I would try to stay under 160 unless you’ve been building miserable consistently for 1-2 years. And even then, if you are trying to optimize health, no need to go much over, even 160 being swole. However if your primary goal is not health but strength, you’ll need to be ‘obese’. Which is still healthier than being thin and out of shape, but not ‘optimal’ for long term health. The reason I say this is, everyone has an opinion on what’s best, but it really depends on what you’re trying to optimize for.
Just commenting here so you see it,
130 pounds is pretty low for a man your height. Considering you’ve never really worked out, do some body weight workouts on YouTube, or but some dumbbells and do the same. Start with 20 pounds and but heavier as you need.
You lose weight with diet, not exercise, but that’s not what you need.
He’s more a fast food guy anyway…
I think it’s more like
Red: State owned brewery is best
Blue: I diluted mine for more profit
Green: mine is just piss (horny)
Yellow: mine is just piss (no sanitation laws)
That sounds horrible. I hope you’re doing much better these days.
Do you really think people will buy it? I’ve played most of the GTAs, but I’m not about to spend 100 dollars on a video game.
“He has to give me a new name. He’s already chosen it. He just has to call it out.”
Sounds like The Nothing from ‘the neverending story’.

That must mean it’s much better to hire a hitwoman.
Yea, it sounds like OP has a fear of starting a fire so I would take a few steps to mitigate that fear. If there are other fears holding you back, make a check list to address those as well.
Have a plan for if a fire starts. Have a fire extinguisher nearby, and check it once a year to make sure it’s still good. You can use water to put out most things, but if the oil in the pan is on fire, do not use water. Use either a for extinguisher rated for oil fires, or smother with baking soda or cover with a non glass lid.
As part of being ready for a fire, know it’s not a big deal unless it’s spreading outside of the stove area. Aka, don’t panic, follow your plan to put it out and move on.
Start with food that you really can’t burn, then move onto actually cooking things in a pan. For any recipe, just Google it or watch a video on how to do it. Make some rice in a pot of water, hard boiled eggs, soups etc. From there start with fried eggs, pastas, pan fried fish or chicken, and any other simple dish you might need to use a pan for.
It’s also useful to know it’s fairly hard to start a fire while cooking in a pan, unless you leave things unattended or if you have a lot of oil overheat. There will usually be lots of smoke before something bursts into flames, so you’ll have time to stop it before it burns.
I’m not sure, but I know what you mean. I dread doing dishes, but my wife dreads putting dishes away. So before we had a dish washer, she would wash and I would dry/put away.
Don’t forget the time and effort to clean too
A lot of departments can’t even get qualified applicants, so many positions are there but going unfilled.
Wow he is insufferable.
That’s why I’ve always wanted to try a light that turns on meaning feeding time for the dogs. I wonder if it would help with stuff like this or, getting them to sleep in and not whine for breakfast at 5am.
