Well well well! This is a fantastic tip, thanks a bunch 😊!!
One dark day, not so long ago, I was too full of myself to use this mode: It couldn’t be the collision shapes… I checked those a bazillion times… could have saved me 4 hours because with this mode I found my bug in 3 seconds :-D
Hands up! It’s the tip police!! Oh, pardon, never mind, these are great tips, carry on ♥️
Since a few updates (using 4.4 RC… 5??) it also remembers where you left all the screens after closing. Now I can unleash my full ‘Tie Fighter’ triple screen setup to its full potential, without any hassle, and I love it.

Use old default backgrounds of popular distro s as inspiration for arena’s

Have previously copyrighted characters that came in to public domain.
Tiny backstory idea:
The Kernel War
The Great Kernel, a cosmic entity that powers the FOSS multiverse, has been corrupted by a malicious proprietary update. It starts spawning closed-source clones of FOSS characters and software, creating chaos. The heroes must fight to recover pieces of the Kernel’s source code and restore balance.
Hope you get to execute your plan sometime, if and when it feels right, seems pretty cool.
Second for BotW emulation, if you haven’t played that yet. I took the emulation opportunity to set max_durability of all items at 400% with a helper program. Frick that noise, hahaha.
That Mad Max game deeply discounted on steam RN, pretty cool action, in car and out, nice exploration, not BotW levels but good enough.

Wow, feels to me that Godot’s development is shifting I in to a new and faster gear! Keep m coming!!
Aaaaaaw yeah! looks and feels great!
First I got an older book for 3.6, I thought maybe following a book is what it takes for me. Then, following this book, I could get my claws in development for longer then 2 hours, and spoke to more folks around me about my project and ambitions, and someone recommended a couple Udemy courses. Found one I liked (Firebelley Games dev), and that got me developing and learning a lot more efficiently. It’s still an insane time investment so for me that means I need at least a weekly schedule or I’ll just let it go and do the things that give me more instant gratification instead.
Context: I did about 6 months of programming courses in high school and already knew I could grasp the idea of it. It was really just starting up and then really keeping it up.
Same dude(tte), Also loved it when someone showed me the holy path that is the debugger, learning to use it effectively is shaving off a lot of bug hunting time. Time is money, money is power, power is pizza, less bugs more feature creep!
At least i have pretty butterflies at night now!
I don’t come where you work and tell you how to do your job, now do I? But yeah, this is super useful, thanks 🤣
Oh mamma!! That looks juicy as heck!
Maybe that’s how this smart tax strategy got uncovered?
You’ll never believe this one crazy Swedish law that most modern tax codes also have!
It’s not the call me hand, it’s the hang loose emoji!
opening up the deck is super duper easy, you could check if there is any water left inside if you want to be sure.
