“Unable to comply, building in progress” - Command & Conquer
It all comes to how anonymous you are on the net. I’d say having a mainstream social media account is right now a high risk if you live in the US, specially considering that Kethamine Karen owns one one of them.
This to say that deanonymizing you might be cheaper than you think, making it more likely than we all expect. If you want to keep using tnose socials, I’d start by deleting my accounts and creating new ones using new data (such as disposable mails or aliases that forward to your real email)
Of course, a trusted vpn is a must in these cases. And there is a lot you should be doing on top of all this.
Right now, if you want to keep your anti-trump line, be prepared to be treated as an enemy, so consider the deanonymation a highly likely possibility.
Are they going to press twitter to do the same?
This is how you kill innovation.
Let’s hope they keep this trend going so in the next years nobody in Japan wants to make videogames, I’m sure everyone, especially the customers will win with this behavior.
I wouldn’t blame the devs (not just them at least). In so many cases, it’s corporate who decides what kind of game the devs are doing. They want money, so they go with the latest shit that makes money, squeezing it until they kill the formula before moving on.
People like him are the reason the industry is so screwed. I’ve been saying for years now that the corporate kills uniqueness in games. They just want money so there is no innovation, they take a game that works and just copy it expecting a high return.
Sometimes, it fails miserably, and still, they can’t fathom why? They are way more fucked than I thought. At this point I expect failures like this to repeat more and more often. The bubble is going to burst and I’ll enjoy every second of these idiots losing money in the millions every time.
You’re asking the average cod player to stop playing? They are unable to. It’s the reason why the series is where it is, its playerbase is… not the smartest.
I can assure you that you won’t find an Italian person surprised by this.
Trenitalia is something else, and any commuter that regularly uses their trains can tell you horror stories about their services.
I found a much better use for combo points: breaking complex patterns from enemies. Sure, mending light =s great, but live mana + a combo will do wonders agaihst some complex patterns later in game.
Pray. That’s all you have left.
You think he will ever listen to you even if you demonstrate?
You’re going to enjoy a medieval monarchy, and more than half of the country either wants it or can’t be bothered with it because they have better things to do.
Shocking! The authenticator from the company which hoards all the data it can get from you and then more, hoards all the data it can get from you and then more!

I’m not enterely sure blocking twitter links is necessarily a badly setup adblock…
I love how they gave a TL;DR right at the beginning of the article, it made me stay and read the rest out of respect for the author.
Google lives of the ads (among the things), of course a browser they develop is going to screw the add-ons that block ads. Solution: avoid google if you want an ad-free internet.
Edit: typo
The amount of creativity in the indie world is insane. It’s been a lot of years since I last played a AAA game because of this.
Have you ever played as a crow? There’s an indie game for that.
Have you ever played a shooter in which you literally shoot people trendy clothes instead of bullets?
The creativity is there, you just won’t find it in your typical AAA, because that game’s only goal is to milk your wallet.
There’s no collapse of creativity. There’s just a collapse of the industry that now is in the hands of shareholders whose only goal is profit.
As soon as your company gets controlled by those, your creativity becomes a need to make another soulless “blockbuster”.
Look at the indie world instead. There is creativity, it’s just incompatible with the AAA business model.
Honestly, I am not very talkative. I am bad at small talk so I rarely speak unless asked directly about something specific.
Because of this, I believe that if someone asks me about something, it’s because they are interested in what I have to say about it.
To answer your question, I will not go to tell someone about my last trip unless they ask me about it because I consider that it’s not that interesting to the others if (like I do) they are not asking about it.
I am on the spectrum. And no, i don’t. And I don’t think of it as being an asshole, I simply don’t care about it because it just is something unimportant. I mean, if something bad happened to them, I’ll be the first one to ask, but if they are telling me how nice was their trip it’s like… well, yeah? It’s expected. You make a trip to have a good time, so of course you had a good time.
I guess i consider it innecessary because is the expected outcome.
With that said, I will listen to what they say and remember it, but that doesn’t mean I find it interesting unless there is something remarkable about it.
It was a supermarket. There was also GMO-free salt. I think it was a marketing stunt, but you never know, I guess you could find genetically altered salt if you searched hard enough?
I’m not sure to what extent this works better than not clicking on anything at all:
Given that there’s already a quantity of data about me on the internet from before my “privacy adoption”, the brokers already have an idea about me. If i stopped clicking on ads, that idea would remain frozen in time with my preferences from that time.
If I started clicling on everything to poison that profile, couldn’t the brokers just filter the period when i started clickning everything? In that case, their profile of me would again remain the same they had when I stopped clicking at all, am I right on this?
