In other words, facing a bleak reality instead of burying your head in the sand will do this to you.

The progressive view of the world is a lie. Believing in the lie is mind poison because your going against reality and the progressive world view not becoming a reality makes your view of the world doom and gloom.

          “mind poison”

          Found the sheep.

Look at you, copy-pasting other people’s words, pretending that you’ve ever had an original, inspired thought in your life.

          You’re just a tool.

Lol oh yes the old 1000 genders that all the kids are being taught about in make believe conservative delusion land where all the schools have litter boxes for the kids that identify as cats.

Shame on the liberal propaganda machine for brain fucking conservatives into making up all this dumb shit to get angry about.

You are right about the virus too…you should french kiss everyone who coughs to show us how dumb worrying about being sick is! That will teach the liberals!

Obviously this guy is just trolling but the idea that conservatives (who one the whole are older and live in more rural areas with less access to healthcare) are more likely to be in good physical shape than liberals (more likely to be young and live in cities where there are wide healthcare opportunities) actually did make me laugh a little.

I dunno I mean if you look at their comment history it’s all “climate change isn’t real” and “why won’t the lefties tolerate my intolerance” kinda stupid shit.

As for the being in good physical shape comment basically look at any footage from any Trump rally and yeah… not so many people in good shape.

This is actually a useful comment in how well it succinctly distills all the batshit crazy conspiracy theories of the modern far right. It’d be useful to screenshot and put in a Wikipedia article on how propaganda takes over people’s brains.

You need to get out of your echo chamber. If you did, you will see how absurd your comment is.

You really think climate change isn’t real? Oh honey, bless your heart in the southern sense of the phrase.

Gosh no wonder you aren’t depressed if you don’t have the burden of a brain.

I can go on and on. Conservatives are also just happier since they get outside more, are more likely to be in good physicial shape and take on personal responsibiliy.

      hahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahah

In good shape? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Are there stats to support this? If I look at my family & my block it’s the other way around, with one household an exception but that household is a biracial deeply Christian household, so conservative in one way but not politically conservative.

On the rest of it, aren’t conservatives stressed over imaginary things too? Drag queens grooming children, liberals taking their guns, liberal indoctrination in schools?

To put it simply, the happiest family I’ve ever seen in recent times was a couple of conservative couples, some of which were steel workers and some of which were factory workers in the local town. They all lived in the same town and got to visit each other for Christmas then share the day with all their kids together. A big happy family of like 20 people.

The couples? They largely meet at church. They also go to church, and have deep connections to their community.

The conservatives I knew were always going hunting and being outside and getting big ass fun trucks and running around doing their thing in little nearly idyllic communities.

Honestly, I think the prediction here isn’t the politics, but living in a rural area around nature and without the city life and culture that comes with it.

These “ignorance is bliss” people are fools. Conservative groups have big big problems, but I think it would be a mistake to assuming there is no upside to those more traditional ways of life.

But alas. Churches are still rooted in lies and global warning is actually real.
