I’ll pair your cosy dog with our sleepy dog :D

I’m pretty sure it’s just a light brown/tan blanket.
It is. It’s all clean and everything there is just called “the dogs chair” anyway so doesn’t get mixed up.
Is that my dog?

…do we all have the same blanket for real?
Fantastic doggo!
I also have that tortilla blanket. No dog atm though.
Looks like my dog

I downvote and block the poster of every piece of slop I detect. Your dog got my upvote and deserves all the rest of them too.
Looks like my dog lol

“It’s not great”
I don’t know what you are talking about. That’s about as dog as I’ve ever seen.
Cozy borkito

Check. Mate.

Another doppledogger

I hate AI. I’ll take an amateur photo or drawing before something generated by a robot every time.
Don’t you dare call your dog “not great”.
Is this a Burrito blanket? I got one too. Great taste, mister.
Yoo me too, I love my burrito blanket
I was so confused until I read this.
So instead we upvote the cute dog? You got me, I’ll upvote a pupper every time, especially if it’s what looks like a terrier mix. I had a dog with a face kinda like that, but greyer, leaning more toward Schnauzer. But, all dogs are the goodest boy (or girl) and this makes sense to dog people (though, I’m more of a cat person, though if I’m honest I’d take a red panda over either, but then again, who wouldn’t?).
I see a lot of AI generated stuff getting upvoted
What alternative lemmy world are you living in? Lemmy is one of the most hostile to AI communities I know of
They almost always get removed or deleted eventually, but sometimes they’ll get upvoted for a few hours until an eagle eyed user spots evidence and calls it out.
It’s also not OPs fault most of the time. It’s hard to spot them
I see no GenAI content here whatsoever except for what’s posted on communities specifically meant for it.
In a general sense, absolutely, but there are still a good number of pro-AI communities around here that typically keep to their own bubbles. Anyone browsing by All will inevitably see them come up here and there.
I also see AI-gen content make it to the top of larger, more general communities like Lemmy Shitpost every now and then. Usually when it’s harder to tell that it was generated by AI. When it gets called out, you’ll typically see more upvotes than downvotes, but there will inevitably be some AI sympathist or two in the replies who won’t hesitate to go off about how it’s not a big deal/it’s just a meme/there’s nothing inherently wrong with AI/etc.
In theory, if we’re growing beyond Linux nerds and harcore communists, this should be one of the biggest and most general communities as well as one of the most likely to see slop get upvoted.
ai kittens and puppies make up like 30% of Facebook traffic on their own at this point. if we’re worried about ai slop taking over THIS is the community to watch.
Ah I see
