Red pill ‘alpha’ guys claim wealthy men don’t care about a woman’s background and will date poor women, yet they often mock women seeking rich men. In reality, wealthy men tend to date within their social class. Look at Jeff Bezos, David Beckham, or Leonardo DiCaprio—these men date successful women who are already rich or from wealthy families. Even with large age gaps, the younger partners are still well-off. It seems red pill guys overstate the idea that rich men don’t care about a woman’s status when, in practice, they do.
Rich people mostly hang out with rich people, so preference notwithstanding it’s expected they’d find partners from that pool. As for preferences, I’d guess it varies a lot person to person but averages out to a preference for people with at least some status.
Wait wait wait.
You are listening to people that you classify yourself of “red pill alpha guys” and you wonder why they’re saying shit?
So either you think that one can be that kind of guy, and not be a total garbage worthless piece of shit, which would mean that you’re part of them, or you have no idea what it means.
Maybe that’s the initial and core problem of your question.
Elites social reproduction is a well studied theme in sociology.
It’s also easy to get. Kids date in their school, this includes private school and elite university. Then people date in their work and hobbies. While online dating allowed some shuffling, you still need to impress a potential partner
I don’t understand the premise here. A non-rich person seeking a rich partner is seen as a grifter of some sort, regardless of genders. Rich seeking rich isn’t the same.
My dad came into contact with rich people (not Bezos level rich but still rich) through his work. One thing he used to say was that the rich people all knew each other.
There are some wealthy people who want love and some who just enjoy arm candy. There are dating apps/matchmaking services exclusively for rich and famous people like raya. They tend to have a lot of rich men and social butterfly influencer types of women on there. But you will also find wealthy people who met their partners before the money. It’s a mixed bag like anything.
Money marrys money
My mother came from a very intelligent family that made money in engineering and oilfield work all over the world. My dad picked fruit.
