    If someone needs to save pdfs on a regular basis, they remember how to do it. If not, they don’t.

    By the way, isn’t it something weird where instead of using Save As, you have to go to Print, and then save as a pdf from there? Who the fuck cares

      Save as>format/file type>pdf

      Not an IT or computer nut (for the most part) but I thought people knew how to do this

      Reminds me how much I take for granted

      You can’t be serious. I show people how to do their basic job functions every day and as soon as I’m out of eye contact that information falls right out of their heads. Sometimes it happens while I’m still standing there.

        also gaining information should be the bare minimum - don’t know how to save as pdf? use a search engine or even an ai, if nothing works.

        it feels exhausting to explain an easy task three times that could have been two lines, because they don’t want to know it - they want the money but prey on your competence.
