So true. It’s a mental weight or barrier that creates physiological responses. The thought of having to do whatever task creates almost a feeling of revulsion or claustrophobia, being trapped. I’m self aware enough to see it coming, but that doesn’t mean I can get past it. The job or task may not get done until it’s urgent, and if it’s never urgent…who knows? <—- and that’s what makes ADHD a problem vs “hurr durr nobody likes doing boring stuff so everyone’s adhd…”
