            Also, a generally accurate assumption. Cat’s head size are usually their limiting factor for fitting through a gap!

      Cats don’t tend to trap themselves by squishing into a hole they can’t squish back out of.

      What a cat will do is stick his head in a tissue box and then lacks the dexterity to pull it off.

        No they typically don’t. But if you hear panicky movement, do check.

        I had a cat somehow stuck behind the washer, stuck head first in an hand stand and couldn’t back out. No meows, just occasional scratchy sounds. Had to gently retrieve by tail :(.

      once found my cat stuck to a curtain screaming for help
      I saved him and he hasn’t done it since.
