My main nit is that Rogue Incursion is hamstrung by how well one can tolerate existing in a tense VR setting for extended periods of time. (For me, I felt insane after taking my headset off, like I hadn’t blinked once in 30 minutes.)
Yyyyeeeaaaahhh, I probably couldn’t go 3 minutes 😅 I’m a big 'ol wuss and I just can’t do horror games, even though I absolutely love horror movies and the Alien franchise – I get so immersed in games that survival horror stuff is just a nope for me
I felt so seen by that pc gamer article talking about how the author had been playing Alien: Isolation for ten years without ever finishing it.
I am that person exactly. I love it, but I have a very limited constitution when it comes to how long I can play that game without needing a long enough break that I should probably just start it over 🤣
Bro just watching fucking let’s plays of A:I was enough to break my nerve. I wouldn’t play a game like that, because I know it would reduce me to a plate of spaghetti. I don’t know how people tank games like that.
Oh it’s not an Alien VR Roguelike? I figured with the name it would be. Either way I’m pretty excited to get this.
