Did you play BS F-Zero? It was only available as a streaming service in Japan in the 90s, but someone managed to put a rom together a couple years ago. It mostly just feels like a remix of the first game, but it’s still some new content

3·14 days agoI still play doom, although I try a lot of newer wads. It’s crazy that there’s basically 30 years of free content people have been creating since it came out (even if most stuff much past 10 or 15 years old can feel kinda dated and not so interesting to play).
Beijing is “northern capital”, Tokyo is “eastern capital”, and Kyoto is “capital capital”.

That looks disturbingly easy to get into, although the first gameplay video I looked up was 4 hours long and the guy spent the majority of it rearranging houses in his town XD

Oh hello again Terraria. Plus I just found out that last year they re-released the first “final update” of the game from 2012 as a beta on steam, basically making it easy to play the old content again. So I’m sure I’ll give that a go this weekend.
People should check out the 1 upsmanship podcast where a couple guys discuss which games are worthy of being uploaded to a “celestial hard drive” for preservation. It went patreon exclusive a couple years ago but there are still a lot of eps posted

Yeah maga place looks like it’s up to 21 idiots sharing a brain cell now, whereas I think it was 12 a couple weeks ago. Wonder if there’s a critical mass for those fucks or if they’ll find lemmy too progressive to stick around. I guess they could just circlejerk on their own instance.
