What’s the IP address (and related info, gateway and dns) you get on linux and what is the one in Windows?

No it says right there, 20gp.
But it’s still very good price

Are you absolutely 100% sure he’s the only bad actor in the relationship? Maybe it wasn’t “just an affair”.
Don’t draw conclusions from limited information.
Good thing they’re not someone but something
Yeah, the AP ones
Hum, not my experience. I run it on an old pc as a podman container, for me and my wife, exactly for the same use case of OP: auto uploading the pictures/videos on our phones. Upload is almost instantaneous. Browsing files is fine, but I usually use a separate software to index/search the photos on the upload directory. For all kind of files (documents etc) is good.
On buses the card payment system is (usually) not real time. The card info is processed overnight. This assuming the network connection between the bus and the processing system is up. Mobile networks towers do have batteries, but only for few hours. Only in remote areas they have generators (I’d expect a few in cities but mostly not).
the internal angst between wanting to be her friend, wanting to be a good person, and desperately wanting her relationship to end
That’s just being human.
I think it was Mark Twain that said “nobody is completely sad when their best friend fails”

Im_old@lemmy.worldto Linux@lemmy.ml•I need to vent about Windows. I want workplaces to use Linux.46·4 months agoIn corporate managed fleet of PCs updates are pushed by the company internal management systems. Some companies give you a 24hours option, some others (ahem, power tripping sysadmins, I know, I was one) say “fuck you and your work, you install when I say so”. It’s not strictly a Windows thing, it’s a company policy.
Enlighten us please?
ETA: thanks everyone who replied. I’ve actually seen the movie, but it was a bit meh for me. Not bad in any way, just didn’t hit right. I remember I enjoyed much more the first d&d movie (then one from 2000). But hey, to each their own! 🙂

And your words show your lack of experience in the matter. Usually work laptops have their bios locked down, so you can’t access it and change the boot sequence and install what you want.
Some just put a password that sometimes can be reset, other times there are full on lockdowns by dedicated security apps that are very difficult (if not impossible) to circumvent.
